Gratitude is an emotion that comes from appreciation, being thankful for what what you do have and what is around you, our environments can be so negative its time to change that into a positive. Sound difficult, then that is a sign that you may find this workbook very helpful.
Its very simple and easy to follow, you don’t have to go through it in order, however please read the first few pages. You don’t have to do it all in one sitting, take you time about it. Find a comfortable place, somewhere you can enjoy some quiet time and begin. Don’t over think it, allow the thoughts to flow, if you find you are struggling them move on to the next page or take a break and allow what you have done to settle in.
