If you want to sit on the sofa with a beverage and food of your choice, watching a film or boxset, DO IT
Whatever makes you happy
(Please don’t turn into a sloth, that isn’t good for anyone)
I will put my hands up and say
I can’t do mindfulness (well not in the traditional sense)
Make sure you are looking after yourself in the best way for you
Don’t let anyone dictate to you
I always work around what my clients find good for them, yes I will ask them to try new things, and find what is helpful and what isn’t.
When it gels with you, you are more likely to keep it up.
