‘BWRT®’ or ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy’ is model of psychology and psychotherapy created by professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI.
A logical process carried out in a completely conscious state. We use natural psychological processes to ‘recondition’ neural pathways that lead to unwanted behaviour. BWRT® can deliver fast and lasting results to stop existing symptom triggers in their tracks.

The first session will be a talking session in most cases, we will spend time discussing why you have come along to see me, where you feel you are now and where you would like to be. We will also spend time talking about your past and anything that may have contributed to how you are feeling now, it can be surprising how much of our past affects who we are now. I will ask you some personal questions that for some can be difficult to answer, I am creating a big picture of your life so far. The more information I can gain during this first session the more it aids me to help you to get to where you want to be.
BWRT® sessions may differ from the above depending on why you have come to see me. In some situation, like simple fears, therapy may be able to begin within the first session. BWRT® can be content free, so in some situations the client may not want to discuss what has brought them to see me in great detail, there may be some embarrassment involved or they may not wish to go over things that have happened. I need to know that you know what you wish to work with and how you would prefer to feel.
Follow up treatments:- time for a chat before the therapy begins and then time at the end to arrange follow up session if needed.

I understand that each individual is unique, and the number of sessions required may vary. Additional sessions can be arranged to help you on your journey to a healthier and happier life.

The first session which is up to 2 hours is £85, follow-up sessions which are up to an hour are £60

During the first session I will get a clear picture of where you are and where you would like to be, this will give me a better understanding of why you have come to see me and talk you through the therapy or therapies I feel will help you.
Of course not! This form of hypnosis is for entertainment, I use hypnosis to help my clients reach their goals.
There are no lasting side effects. Some people feel slightly ‘disconnected’ for a few moments as the brain lets go of the problem at the end of the session, some clients can feel tired and headaches can occur, but these do not last.
